⊱✿⊰ A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment, this will go towards your service total. This deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional $30 deposit will be required to reschedule.
⊱✿⊰ Please let your artist know if you are running late. 10+ minutes late will result in a $10 fee, with increasing increments of $10 for every 10 minutes past (20 min = $20, 30 min = $30, etc). Depending on how late you arrive, a simpler design or change of service may be necessary. Please be mindful of our time, and plan your commute to your appointment accordingly.
⊱✿⊰ 15+ minutes late with no notice will be considered a no-show, and your deposit along with the remaining total must be paid in order to book again.
⊱✿⊰ We are a team of nail artists that prioritize quality in the work we do, so please expect min 2-3 hours for your appointment, as we do not rush our work.
⊱✿⊰ Please arrive with bare nails, or book a removal if needed. We do not offer removal services for acrylic or foreign work, and may not be able to accommodate for any unexpected removals.
⊱✿⊰ We accept CARD and CASH ONLY for the remaining total on the day of your appointment! There are several ATMs located in the mall if you need cash. All card payments are subject to Ontario’s service tax (13% HST).
